High Pressure Vessel
We have in cooperation with the customer and NTNU designed a pressure vessel for analysis of drilling samples from the oil fields. This vessel has an operating pressure of 1350 bar at 170 degrees Celsius. Test Pressure is 1750 bar. Under testing at NTNU the vessel was pressurized by over 2000 bar. Tank body is produced by us, and is made of carbon fiber / epoxy.

Bottom ring for halibut cages
For Namdal Plast we have produced 200 mm composite pipes for the bottom ring of halibut cages. The pipes are replacements for the plastic pipes used today, as these have proven to not endure the load they are exposed. Bottom Circle has a diameter of 132 meters and is made of pipes at 6 meters.
Pressure Exchanger Tanks in carbon
On data from the customer Lyng Composite have produced 4 PCs. Pressure exchanger tanks in carbon fiber / epoxy laminate. Tanks are tested at 250 bar.
Pipe racks for RO membranes
Lyng Composites first project. The development, testing and production of RO membrane housings with patented distribution system. Operating Press 83 bar.
